Check-in & check-out
You can check in from 3 p.m. Would you like to check in earlier? Get in touch with our service team! Although we can’t guarantee early check-in, you can always place your belongings in our luggage room. Check-out is possible until 11 a.m. If you would like to stay a little longer, ask our service team about the possibilities.
Cleaning
For stays longer than 5 nights, all apartments receive weekly cleaning. Fresh towels are always available on the first floor, and additional linen can be provided upon request.
Extra Beds
1 crib (suitable for children up to 3 years old) can be added free of charge in all apartments (except the Studio). 1 extra bed can be placed in all apartments (except the Studio and Studio Executive) for €35 per night.
We can place a maximum of 1 baby crib or extra bed per apartment. Please let us know in advance; we have a limited number of extra beds available.
Deposit
A deposit will be charged upon arrival:
Studio, Studio Executive & 1-bedroom Apartment: €100
2 bedroom apartment: €200
3 Bedroom Apartment: €300
4 bedroom apartment: €400
The deposit will be charged to the credit card provided upon arrival and released after the apartment has been inspected. Unfortunately, we cannot allow cash deposits; only credit and debit card payments are possible.
Payment
ID APARTHOTEL only accepts credit and debit cards for payments (cash is not accepted). During your check-in, please show the credit card that was used for the booking. If the credit card holder is not travelling with you, please contact us before arrival.
Age
The main booker must be at least 18 years old.
Location
ID APARTHOTEL is located in the Amsterdam Sloterdijk district (West). Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station is just a 3-minute walk from ID APARTHOTEL. Our hotel is approximately a 20-minute drive from Schiphol Airport.

Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire hotel and in every apartment!
Parking
For €17.50 per night, or €12.50 when booking directly, we offer a secure parking space in our gated parking garage. Although the garage is secured with a gate and a camera system, parking is at your own risk.
Laundry
In the laundry room, you’ll find our washing and drying facilities. Need an iron and ironing board? We’ll bring them to your apartment. If you have suits or dress shirts, we also offer dry-cleaning services upon request. The cost for using our washing machine is €3,50 and €2,50 for the dryer.
Pets
Pets are allowed under special circumstances.
Smoking
We are a non-smoking hotel, which means smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. However, smoking is allowed on the terrace. Please note that a €400 fine will be charged if smoking occurs in areas where it is not permitted.
