Covid-19 FAQ

At ID APARTHOTEL we are very aware of the situation created by the COVID-19 outbreak. This page contains information for current and future guests. Do you have any questions after reading this page? Then do not hesitate to contact us. We are ready to answer all your questions. 

What precautions has ID APARTHOTEL taken against COVID-19? 
The health of our employees and guests is our top priority. Therefore we have taken various measures. For example, we have adjusted our hygiene regulations and we are extra alert to the health of our employees and guests. This also means that we no longer shake hands at the reception during check-in or other times. We also encourage guests and our employees to follow the RIVM guidelines (National Institute for Public Health & Environment). Furthermore, we have tightened up our cleaning protocol. Our restaurant is currently closed and we serve breakfast in the room or in a takeaway bag. 

What does this mean for my stay in ID APARTHOTEL? 
All attractions and events with a group of up to 100 people are closed. Larger museums and other attractions are therefore closed until at least 1st of June, 2020. Catering establishments such as restaurants and bars are obliged to close their doors until at least 1st of June, 2020. Hotels may remain open. Shops and public transport are for the time being open as usual. Ask our employees for tips about small-scale attractions and events. 

Is breakfast and dinner still served? 
All restaurants and cafes in the Netherlands are currently closed. This also concerns our own restaurant. However, breakfast is offered in a takeaway bag. By this way you can choose where you want to have your breakfast. We also use a limited menu for dinner. You can place your order and collect it at the restaurant. It is unfortunately not allowed to have breakfast, dinner or drinks in our restaurant. 


How do I get my groceries
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we offer to do the shopping for you. Leave your shopping list with one of our reception staff or call to 009 and we will take care of the rest

Do I need to cancel my stay? 
Our hotel is open and we would like to welcome you, but if your plans have changed, we recommend the following: 1. If you have booked via an online booking platform, please contact the provider. 

2. Did you book directly with our hotel? Please contact us directly via or +31 (0) 20 820 00 66 In the current environment, we can imagine that it’s harder to travel to our property, but we are flexible and confident we will find a solution for your future stay.

Is contamination known amongst employees or guests of ID APARTHOTEL? 
There have been no cases of contamination with any of our employees or guests. We remain highly alert to the health of our employees and guests. We continue to closely follow any developments, measures and regulations regarding current circumstances and we are committed to inform our employees and guests as well as possible. 

What measures have been taken by the Dutch government?
