This, together with the assistance of our enthusiastic team and the offered facilities, will make today’s travellers feel at home.

A-partments
A-Partments was founded 8 years ago and is a sister company of Amsterdam ID Aparthotel. A-partments offers the business and holiday traveller luxurious and furnished apartments in the centre of Amsterdam. The concept for the service found its origin in the rising need for well-furnished short-stay rental apartments. The founder Otto Jurgens and CEO, who was later joined by managing director Guido Lips, gained a lot of knowledge and experience in the short-stay market and found that there was a demand for a product more reachable for the business and leisure travellers. Otto and Guido responded to this demand by creating City Identity Apartments.

Plans for the future

To make the unique concept of City Identity Apartments complete, an extra number of apartments and additional facilities will be created to make your stay even more comfortable. In the long term City Identity Apartments would like to expand to other cities, such as the Hague, Rotterdam and Utrecht, all locations with their own identities. Founder and CEO, Otto Jurgens, describes the vision of City Identity Apartments as follows:

“When City Identity Apartments has grown to a success in the Netherlands and developed to a more mature phase, our dream is to implement the Identity concept in all major capitals around Europe.”
